1. Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for an Approved Return
For a return to be accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of use. Quality inspection is rigorous and the following criteria are mandatory:
Immediate Condition: The item must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, washing, stains, perfume odors, or any alteration that prevents it from being sold as new.
Intact Labels: The security and identification label of the item must be perfectly intact and attached to the product, as received. Removing the label invalidates the return.
Original Packaging: The complete packaging must be returned, including the box, tissue paper, and any other protective materials that accompany the product.
Our policy is designed to guarantee the quality and exclusivity of each item we ship. Items showing any signs of use, even subtle ones, will not be accepted for return, as they compromise the promise of an impeccable product for our next customer.
3. How to Request Your Return
1. Contact: Contact our customer service via email: email@rcoficial.com, informing us of your order number, reason for return, and photos so that we can evaluate and approve or reject your request.
2. Authorization: We will send you instructions and a free postage code for sending the merchandise.
3. Shipping: The package must be sealed and taken to a post office. Keep the shipping receipt until the process is complete.
4. Analysis: After receiving the item, our team will perform a quality analysis. This process may take up to 3 business days.
5. Refund Process
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer a different size or style, the exchange process follows the same conditions as a return. After approval of the returned item, we will send the new item to you.
